[Video] Migrate data from Project Online to PowerApps (CDS)

In this video I will present how simple it is to integrate or migrate data and configuration from almost any source to CDS. In this particular case I will connect CDS to Project Online ODATA feeds, select which data I want and then have the import automatically create the needed entities and fields. On top, the actual data will be pushed in the newly created fields as well.

This entire process can be set up in a matter of minutes and even synchronize once every minut, day, week etc. Bringing data from SQL, Oracle, DevOps and even flat files has never been this easy.

Enjoy!

  1. Thanks for the video. I know that Project for the web uses CDS, is it possible to slot in Project Online data into the relevant P4W tables in CDS?

I have projects in Project Online that I would rather not have to type out manually into P4W.

    1. Absolutely, its super old so dont know how much you benefit from it. Will send you the PBIX through email.
