[MVP] Renewed and how to become a MVP

I am honored to receive the award and recognition as a “Microsoft Most Valuable Professional 2019-2020”. This is my 9th year as a MVP, and I am looking forward to continue the journey of learning and sharing.

As a MVP there are several categories to be recognized in. Anything from Xbox to AI to Apps are all areas in which you can go deep. In total there are ~4.000 MVP’s world-wide who share their knowledge with each other and through communities. Providing feedback to Microsoft is also a key ingredients including participation at the annual MVP Summit on the Microsoft Campus in Redmond.

If you are up for being a MVP, or know of someone who deserves the recognition, the you should consider the following:

  •   * Are you passionate about Microsoft technologies, products and services, how they work together with other platforms, and can’t wait to see what’s next?
  •   * Are you excited and motivated to share your knowledge with the wider technical community?
  •   * Over the past year, have you contributed significantly to online communities and/or in-person events through speaking, blogging, podcasts, hosting events or other channels with examples?
  •   * Would you be one of the first people that friends or colleagues call to discuss a newly released technology or take the opportunity to advise them on implementing it?

If you can tick off the checklist you should visit this page and learn more about submitting your nomination: https://www.mvp.microsoft.com/en-us/Nomination/nominate-an-mvp
