The way to solve this is fairly simple – ONCE YOU KNOW HOW! Here are the steps:
1. Navigate to Site Settings
2. Navigate to Language Settings
3. Enable the new language
4. Switch your browser language and hit F5 for refresh
5. Now your menu should change the default language
